We’re Mike and Dawn Stanley, the husband and wife team behind Stanley Haus Coffee.
For over 20 years, we have worked side by side in events and beverage service, learning what it takes to create experiences people remember. From large scale gatherings to intimate celebrations, we have always believed the smallest details make the biggest impact.
Stanley Haus Coffee is the natural extension of that belief, bringing together our passion for coffee, community, and meaningful connection.
The name Stanley Haus comes from something close to our hearts. Each year, our family transforms our block into an immersive Halloween experience across 10 homes to raise money for the Marines at Camp Pendleton. What started as a creative tradition grew into something bigger, a way to bring people together and give back.
That same spirit is at the core of our coffee cart.
We set out to create something intentional and elevated. From our custom carts to our carefully curated menu featuring cold brew, handcrafted drinks, and specialty offerings like nitro coffee, every detail is designed with purpose.

How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on guest count, service duration, and location. All packages include setup, service, and unlimited drinks during your event. There is no per drink pricing or hidden fees.
What do I need to provide?
Just access to a standard power outlet and space for the cart. We handle everything else.
Can we customize the coffee bar?
Yes. We can tailor the experience to match your event, branding, or preferences whenever possible.
How much space do you need?
Our cart is about 5 ft wide and 3 ft deep. We recommend a 6 ft by 6 ft space for comfortable setup and service.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit secures your date. Deposits are non refundable but can be applied to a future event.
