These Terms of Service
(Terms) govern how you use services provided by Stanley Haus Coffee Co., including our mobile coffee cart catering services. They also govern your use of the website located at StanleyHausCoffee.com and any online ordering or event booking platforms associated with our business.
By booking an event with Stanley Haus Coffee Co., placing an order, or purchasing beverages from us, you agree to follow these Terms.
Our Services
Stanley Haus Coffee Co. provides mobile iced coffee and nitro cold brew catering for weddings, corporate events, private parties, school events, fundraisers, showers, community gatherings, and brand activations throughout Southern California.
We arrive onsite with our mobile coffee cart, cold brew equipment, professional staff, and customized beverage menus to serve your guests handcrafted iced coffee and nitro cold brew beverages. After service, we clean the area and leave the event space in the same condition we found it.
You may choose one of two billing options for events:
- Hosted Catering Packages: The client pays a flat event fee, and guests enjoy unlimited beverages during the agreed service period.
- Pay-Per-Drink Service: Guests purchase beverages individually through our point-of-sale system during the event.
Your event agreement or booking confirmation will specify the service model you selected.
Booking an Event
Your event booking becomes confirmed only when:
- A signed service agreement has been received, and
- The required deposit listed in the agreement has been paid.
If you do not complete either requirement by the specified date, your booking does not qualify as confirmed. In that case, Stanley Haus Coffee Co. has no obligation to provide staffing or services for the event.
We may decline or cancel bookings for any lawful reason, including scheduling conflicts, venue limitations, safety concerns, or payment-related issues.
Per-Drink Payments
For pay-per-drink events, our approved payment processor securely handles each beverage purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment provider’s terms and conditions. Stanley Haus Coffee Co. does not store or access your full credit card information.
All prices appear in U.S. dollars at the time of purchase. We calculate any applicable sales tax based on the event location and display it before you complete payment.
We never add gratuity automatically. Guests may choose to leave a tip during checkout at their discretion.
Refunds for Catering Packages
Your signed service agreement explains the refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies for hosted catering events. If any conflict arises, the signed agreement controls over these Terms of Service.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Our beverages may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, oat milk, almond milk, soy, flavored syrups, and trace amounts of caffeine in decaffeinated beverages.
Please inform a Stanley Haus Coffee Co. team member of any allergies or dietary concerns before you order. We make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment because we operate a mobile coffee cart and use shared equipment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stanley Haus Coffee Co. ’s total liability for any claim related to our services, products, website, or event catering will not exceed the total amount you paid for the applicable event or services.
Stanley Haus Coffee Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or event-related losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that California law does not allow us to limit, including liability related to fraud or gross negligence.
Governing Law
The laws of the State of California govern these Terms of Service. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes to These Terms
Stanley Haus Coffee Co. may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates take effect when we post them on our website. If you continue to use our services after we post changes, you agree to the revised Terms.
